MCS southwest (Mitch) and his guys were so professional and courteous, always on time and very tidy!!! They completed our loft conversion in a timely manner and they did high quality work. Our home looks beautiful!! Mitch was always available to answer questions, address concerns and willing to provide advice on what is possible and the final look from start to finish. Harley did an amazing job with our walk in wardobe after taking through with Mitch what we were after. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you so much Mitch for coming to our rescue. We moved into our new house and had only been in 2 days when we realised the roof was leaking. We were put in touch with Mitch through a friend and he came around very promptly to see what he could do. He instantly knew what was wrong and sorted getting it temporarily fixed to make sure it was the issue. Once we established it was what he thought, he then cam around and fixed the roof and it has been dry since. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue. I would highly recommend Mitch and his team - they have literally been as good as an emergency service.

We highly recommend Mitch and his team at MCS Southwest. They built a dormer loft conversion, and converted our small bedroom into a bathroom for us. Mitch was very conscious of our budget, and helped us make decisions without compromising on quality and design. He managed the whole project, and has a great team of various trades people that he uses. He has a flexible approach that accommodated our needs. His designs were practical and many of our neighbours have commented that they like the look of the work. He was able to troubleshoot and sort out problems that came up really quickly. When he removed the cladding on the side of the house, we found that the beam supporting the side was almost fully rotten through. Mitch was on the case and through his contacts, was able to source a RSJ by the next day. Mitch was happy to provide advice on elements of the build, and can be trusted to use his creativity to come up with solutions. All of the team were pleasant, courteous and professional. We would definitely work with him again.

MCS Southwest completed our 2 storey rear extension earlier this year and we couldnt be happier with the result! Mitch and his team are fantastic; they are professional, punctual, tidy, reliable and have been so helpful - really going the extra mile to help us out! Mitch project managed everything and has great relationships with his subcontractors - the plumber/electrician/plasterer/ brick layers; all of whom did a brilliant job and provided a fantastic service! Mitch efficiently identified solutions to the few minor obstacles that we encountered and always responded super quick to our various queries. We are very pleased with the work done and very happy with the service that MCS have provided and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you so much Mitch, Harley and Ryan!!

The side extension has created so much extra living area in our home - the kitchen is twice the size, a separate porch and a large downstairs shower room. From the beginning, the design service took the hassle out of the planning stage. Mitch has a great eye for detail and offers creative design solutions, focusing on aesthetics. During the build, the sequence of events was well planned, organised and completed on schedule. The timber construction ensured a speedy build. Communication was strong and our expectations were managed throughout the process. The team were reliable, hard working and competent, ensuring minimum disruption and continuation of cooking facilities during kitchen extension. The price was competitive and we are delighted with the finished product. We would definitely recommend and use again.
