Contacted BSP as I live on a busy, noisy main road and needed some expert advice on how to soundproof two bedroom windows that face it. Nick, who came to my house, was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly and personable and advised me on the best course of action to take. I wish I had spoken to him in the first instance instead of wasting money on expensive 'quick' fixes that didnt work. I would definitely recommend both him and Katy, who is based in the office, for any soundproofing needs!

Dean was great talking my through my options for soundproofing my room. Once I proceeded with the work the company kept me informed at all stages. The gents that completed the work were really polite and after each days work they cleaned the area they were working. Since the work has been completed I no longer here my neighbours next door.

Nick is a fantastic guy, he has given me great advice to solve my soundproofing issues. He has been very happy to speak to me multiple times to help me with my party wall. I would recommend Nick to anyone who wants soundproofing done properly. Big up Nick!

Excellent initial impression followed by: - inability or unwillingness to provide a quote (they kept sending prices per unit fir several combinations and I was supposed to total them, when these were couched in their trade jargon and I really did not understand what they were talking about); - very expensive quote, when it arrived, and even then I was given several options, although I had made it very clear that all I wanted was a specific solution, and although when their man visited my flat we had agreed what I wanted; - when I expressed my discontent they just cut me off. My impression is therefore that their solutions are probably below par, and their unwillingness to formulate a clear recommendation is a preemptive defence against future disgruntlement of their customers. A bunch of slippery and ineffectual, expensive smooth-talkers. Stay well away.
