Jonny undertook a refurbishment of the living areas in our Victorian terrace which included: - Opening up the space by knocking down an internal wall - Fixing our subfloor before laying a beautiful new engineered wooden floor - New skirting throughout - Bespoke carpentry work - General building repairs We are thoroughly impressed by him and the team for their craftsmanship and hard work. Every job is completed to the highest of standards and he has also been more than happy to share his expertise with us when we have discussed other projects with him. Jonny also kept the project on track despite the challenges caused by Covid-19. We couldnt recommend highly enough and already planning on using his services again when the budget allows us to refurbish more of the house!! In short: I highly recommend Jonny (aka Parnosa) and will be using his services again. Jonny & his team transformed our house (full list of work below). The quality of the work is exceptional - and I'm quite the perfectionist (as is Jonny)! Jonny personally inspected the few bits of work he didn't do himself (e.g. plastering), which I think really shows the care and attention given to all his work. I couldn't be happier with everything. In all Jonny & team were working in our house over a 3-4 week period. Everyone was very friendly and courteous throughout. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Jonny also took the time to research & recommend a few solutions to a couple of bits we had done. This short review doesn't do justice to the number of times I was thankful for Jonny's expertise and experience. If you've ever had work done our your house you'll know that unforeseen things always crop up. Jonny took the time to explain our options and give advice on pros & cons. I have already recommended Jonny to my friends & family. We will be using his services again. Brief overview of work done: - 6 x internal doors installed (including modification to make the doors taller) - Knocking down non load-bearing wall, making good - Plastering one room - Custom-built built-in wardrobe - New staircase installed Services: Remodeling, General repairs & maintenance, Refurbishment
