        Do not use this company! S. Bracey installed a flat roof for us last summer with a 20 year guarantee, but have failed to honour that guarantee and provide the required paperwork and rectify any problems. The roof now has a crack, and they have ignored repeated attempts to contact them.

        Simon is a great bloke very reliable cleaned up after themselves nothing to much trouble I would recommend this company.

        Simon and his team were attentive throughout the process - we had a couple of walls knocked down, bifolds installed and a kitchen/utility area. They were always on time and worked to our budget without any extras. There were a few snags afterwards, but Simon has been committed to fixing any issues - including sending over staff at weekends. We've had a positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
