Optimus Design and Build

Wow just wow ! We couldnt have made a better choice in choosing Paul and his team at Optimus Design and Build. From the first meeting we were blown away with the professionalism and the ideas that Paul suggested for our dream extension. He listened to what we wanted and used this as a basis to design a beautiful extension to our home, incorporating an area for us to run our business from that could also be easily transformed into a family area on our days off. He worked so hard and always kept us updated on the next steps so we were prepared. We continued to run our home based business during the build which, at times, was tricky, but Paul and Emma always took this into consideration to ensure as little disruption to our working day as possible. The quality of the work is outstanding - supported by a recent visit by a family friend who works as a surveyor, who commented positively about the standard of the work. The price quoted to us was competitive and we have ended up with not only a wonderful extension to our home, but Paul and Emma were also able to completely revamp our garden area which is low maintenance and practical - working perfectly for us as a family and a business. We have so many more plans for our home and there is no one else that we would ever consider using. We have the upmost trust and faith in Paul and Emma. Their work ethic is second to none and if we ever had any questions or queries they would always be addressed. It was a sad day when the build was complete as we had enjoyed having the team in our home for all those months. The professionalism and quality of work really cannot be overstated. I would happily and proudly show anyone the work that has been completed in our home if anyone was unsure of which builder to use - this would make your mind up.
