        George and George couldnt have been more helpful - found no issue and diagnostics were free or charge. Even went in to ask for an update as I had a uni deadline and they moved it forward to check it as soon as possible, had it done the next day. Couldnt recommend enough, 10/10

        The worst customer service I have ever recieved. After leaving my computer there I was told I would hear back within 3 days. 5 days later I was yet to hear so I contacted them and was ensured it would be sorted the next day. I rang again and they said its currently being looked at. After the weeked I rang again and was told they hadnt touched it yet and would look by the end of this week. Now a week has gone by nothing has happened so I went to collect it from them. Screws are missing, nothing was fixed. NEVER USE THIS STORE.
