Adrian was very quick to respond to my enquiry and collected my water damaged MacBook Pro within hours. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me a very considerate student price that evening. It was fixed within a matter of days and returned to me in perfect condition. Would definitely use CyberCall again and recommend to others.

My computer crashed and required new memory drives. When I received the laptop back they had removed the SSD and left only a HDD which appears to be a used hard drive. This had the effect of turning my normally quick laptop into a slow, sluggish nightmare that took up to 10 mins to turn on, completely impractical! Not only this, but the hard drive they did put in wasn't even secured in the slot properly and left to flop about, damaging the cables. I've taken the matter into my own hands and have done the job myself, far better and far cheaper than the prices I paid at this place considering the poor craftmanship. I'd take your money to another store that won't rip you off

Wow! Is the only word to describe the service offered by Cyber Call. This morning I had a 6 year old Mac Pro sounding like an old tractor grinding its gears. Luckily my trusty iPhone was working so I called for help and Adrian from Cyber Call popped round to collect my computer. Two hours later he returned it to me in full working order and singing like a nightingale. All of this with a smile and for quite a modest fee. Thank for saving my day.
