I was served by Dan who was excellent, replacing the battery of an old iPhone SE and sorting out a stripped screw issue. Worth noting they run all sorts of tests before and after the repair so it is always very clear if the repair has caused extra damages or if these damages were there before. No bad surprises at the end. I would highly recommend iSmash.

Visited today as my phone had broken. Brilliant customer service! Particular shout out to Euan, who went above and beyond to help me get my phone fixed. He managed to sort it while I waited and he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and made me feel really confident in his skills and experience. Left very happy and with a fixed phone. Will be using these guys again! Thank you!

I was served by Dan who was excellent, replacing the battery of an old iPhone SE and sorting out a stripped screw issue.
Worth noting they run all sorts of tests before and after the repair so it is always very clear if the repair has caused extra damages or if these damages were there before. No bad surprises at the end.
I would highly recommend iSmash.
