For some years my 2016 Mac had struggled and became painfully slow, taking up to 5 minutes to load; it was impossible to have two users simultaneously open. The otherwise admirable Apple phone help line suggested various ideas; none worked. Apple discounted a hardware problem. I was in despair. On the off-chance I tried Saty. He instantly diagnosed a failing HDD drive and recommended a SSD. Wonderful. He replaced the drive within 24 hours and two years pain are now just a memory. Clear and precise advice, given promptly, and clear and reasonable fees. Highly recommended.

Truly rare to find such amazing service! Needed a screen replacing on my MacBook so initially enquired via text, received a phone call within 10 minutes offering a very reasonable quote and window in which to bring the device in the next day. Dropped the device in at midday and 45(!) minutes later it was fitted with a new screen and cleaned inside and out, ready for collection. Great communication and service, great pricing, and an all round great experience. Strongly recommend.
