Hamid is the biggest LEGEND in the game, he would go the extra mile in terms of helping me out, & helped me out with things above the job description. You can tell he has been in the business for decades as he knows everything there is to know about laptops.

A friendly bunch who saved my girlfriend's dissertation from a water damaged laptop! We will return if we have any other issues in the future. They will tell you exactly how it is (even if this means saying your device is beyond repair), which is so much more useful than empty promises, especially in a stressful situation. They seem genuinely interested in your best wishes, for example, pointing out we overpaid for a USB stick and directing us to somewhere where we could get one cheaper, saving us a few quid. Was done on the same day, starting immediately as they sensed it was a very tense situation, putting down other work temporarily to make sure it was done right. Highly recommended.

AMAZING SERVICE from Hamid and Jet. At 4pm on a Friday, not long before closing, they worked hard to retrieve all of my data from a dead laptop. Can't thank you guys enough - kind, calm and really, really helpful.

After a nightmare experience with Currys PC World (avoid at all costs for repairs!) I took my laptop to Galleries Computing. Hamid, the owner, had it fixed for me quickly for a very fair price, which as a student on a very tight budget I really appreciate. Would highly recommend.
