        Emailed to ask about getting a laptop fixed, but no reply...

        Asked them to fix my laptop with black flashing screen. Fairly negative attitude and they said it didn't happen in the two days they had it. They offered to update the drivers for which they charged me nearly 50 and when that didn't work they said it must be due interference from other electronic devices. No evidence at all of that and when I took it to a better computer repairer he immediately fixed it by replacing the faulty LCD cable. So won't be going to Personic again.
