Poor service, staff careless, unfortunately :(

Dangerous. Avoid. Unclean. More an airport than a healthcare facility. Words from the rude receptionist when I came in for an urgent appt with the "duty dr" at 5pm 03/04/2023. I have severe social anxiety and they (should) know this; "Does anyone have an appointment right now?" I raise my hand. "You can use the check in thing" I say "it says I'm too late" (because I was waiting in a queue for the reception) "You're too late." I'm autistic too. So I just wait and panic. Hope they enjoy an investigation soon :) edit- have now finally recovered from the dangerous "treatment" I received after going to my "surgery". After I had to travel 2 hours to my hometown and go to their hospital. unbelievable. I don't have strong enough words to express it.

I read the reviews and decided to register anyway. Big mistake. The surgery had one patient and one receptionist when I went in to register. This surgery seams desolate. Couldn't make an appointment. I went online, says they have no available appointments online. Then tried the online service, that doesn't work either. Tried to call multiple of times but phone won't connect to the number provided. There's just no way to make an appointment unless you walk to reception and I'm currently too ill for that.

It is not possible with this GP to get a appointment in time for health problems. They prescript me medidation on the phone without seeing me and gave me an appointment in more then two weeks time. A doctor from the 111 hotline told me to get a bloodtest booked in but the GP don't want to do it till I see the doctor in 2 weeks?!?! ... I just can't believe how bad the health system in the UK is. Really disappointing.
