You might want to reconsider your customer service skills. After waiting for 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence I've been told its 3,50 for a single paper to print out. Rip off. I asked this guy to give me the password of the WiFi so I can send him my email, he told me two times, but it didn't work. I asked him if he could just show me rather than telling because bare in mind I have dyslexia to which he turned me away saying I might just go somewhere else. Rude and shocking.
