I am a previous employee who worked here for a short space of time and here is my honest review of the company, how it operates and the service it offers.
If you were thinking about working here i'd think again. There is such a lack of organisation and professionalism. High staff turn over, which is concerning. Office Staff are given little to no direction or training. Effective communication in the work place is non existent. It's quite the shambles. You will be promised the world about opportunities and training and what a great place it is to work, as a professional woman and previous employee, believe me it's not the reality.
If you are an organisation looking for a cleaning company, I'd advise you to continue your search. These are the things i witnessed whilst working there,
1. Half the time the cleaners don't know where they are meant to be or when.
2.Alarmingly, i witnessed much of the client paper work was missing and couldnt be located, even the most important of documents such as contracts.
3. Communication between management and clients was very poor, little respect and poor customer service.
4. The company hire many foreign nationals but right to work documentation and employee documents were poorly managed and organised with significant documents missing.
I'd be wary of the number of positive reviews and bear in mind that reviews can be written by friends, family and even purchased. If you are curious you can look at recent positive reviews and click the other places these 'people' have reviewed....wow they all sure get around the world pretty rapidly. Could it be that these are purchased positive reviews in order to maintain a high review rating to counter act the honest negative ones?Just like Facebook 'Likes' can be purchased to boost popularity. Such methods are used for marketing purposes but it doesn't always portray the truth. You draw your own conclusion.
