Bristol Residential Cleaning

Terrible - cleaner left an hour into the job. Never returned to complete the carpets and oven clean I'd paid for - never had a refund or the job done either! AVOID!!

Really unprofessional. They change cleaners without telling you, come at the wrong times without introducing themselves (I had strangers coming into my flat while I was asleep) and they LOSE your keys! And no communication with cleaning dates or times, and all very changeable. Pretty basic stuff here when running a cleaning business... really shocking. Stay away!

Absoloutely and utterly shocking!!! My carpet was left in a worse state after the cleaner had been. I bought this service on groupon which was discounted from their normal price, after I complained I was told oh I dont make any money from the groupon deals anyway it doesnt even cover the wages!! I gave the owner ample chance to rectify this mess but she is okey stopped answering the phone!! The service from this company is shocking, the customer service is shocking and they are just a tin pot outfit that really is a shower of shite!! Avoid at all costs unless you want a substandard job and then completely avoidance when you try to complain!!
