Popped in to ask about replacement milk frother and walked out with a new machine, milk frother and 110 capsules. Excellent service very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Some years ago Nespresso had their act together. That said my recent experience(s) have been nothing short of abysmal and unprofessional. Of the five machines I have had, and all been used with pride and care... three have been returned as faulty. The boutique have mis-sold me my last two machines on the basis that the 414ml Alto pods are being reintroduced in the next few months, after asking g reassurance from two members of staff. Further, they failed to inform me that you cannot have two bluetooth machines linked to one phone app...! Now, due to apparent warehouse issues, of the promised one to two day delivery... five days later still no coffee. My local boutique also doesn't have any stock. So in summary... top rated coffee company, top of the range machines, top priced coffee pods only available from Nespresso.... absolutely abysmal quality customer service. Avoid like the plague.
