Booked and pre-ordered food 2 months ago. Waited 1hr for starters (had to ask for cutlery) and so far have waited a further 45 mins for our mains - no sign yet. Told that some puddings we ordered in January have run out Very poor organisation and service. EDIT - Finally started receiving mains 55 mins after starters. Had to ask for starter plates to be removed as there was no room in table. Had to ask for cutlery - told it would be brought when all (22) meals served. Mine was last and despite reminding waiter about a severe food allergy, food arrived with said allergen piled on plate. Finally received main after everyone else had finished - 1hr 15 mins after starter - well done instead of med rare and unseasoned. 1 person received a pud 30 mins after mains but everyone else had to wait a further 30 mins. Had to ask for cutlery. In total our meal took 3hrs. We had booked other venues which we then missed. To be fair our meals were significantly reduced and free shots were given to those who were drinking alcohol but this didnt really negate the experience.
