Amazing service. Turned up with a wedding dress at very short notice needing alteration. He did exactly what was needed in exceptional time . perfect !

Took a variety of repairs to be done. Some were done perfectly e.g. new zips but some will need returning to be fixed, for example sewing in the metal of a play suit where its still poking through and repairing a snag in leggings by pulling the material tight. Recommend checking items and highlighting any issues when you get them to avoid repeat trips.

Awful experience here, would not recommend to anyone!! Dropped off dress that needed taking up 2 inches on Saturday 26th November, was assured it would be ready for Monday 5th December ready for an event. Told that I would receive a text or call to come pick up. Did not receive anything on Monday, rang the shop multiple times with no answer. Turned up to the shop today (6th) at 5pm requesting my dress to find it has not even been started. The guy in there said he would need an hour or two to have it done and it will be finished this evening, he would call me to come collect. Reinforced that it must be this evening or I will just take the dress back and he confirmed. Once again this evening I have wasted my time ringing the shop for updates with no answer, eventually walked to the shop at 8pm and found the lights off and locked up. Still no communication on my dress and no idea when I will be able to get it off of them. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING WITH A SCHEDULE TO THEM Service: Alterations
