They kept saying they couldn't clean things because they were too dirty, but I thought that was what I was paying them for! House was completely empty, which made things easier, though to be fair it is a bit grotty after a few years of tenants, but they only stayed for 3.5 hours for 185 quid. I would have hoped they would give it a bit more elbow grease if that was what was required. When I approached them Rudi was very defensive. I have never left an online review before but in short, I didn't think this was good value for a tricky job; probably great if you just want a wipe down and a hoover though. Sorry Rudi!

I used Book2Clean for an end of tenancy cleaning, and I was astonished at how thorough and immaculate a job Rudi and his team did. Rudi was communicative over text message (I was at work at the time), and I returned home that evening to find the flat spotless. I've used other cleaning companies and they've always been a bit slapdash and you find things they've missed, not with these guys. My oven alone looked like it was brand new. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Decent price for an end of tenancy clean and the standard was excellent. Got my full deposit back following the work they did, very happy!
