Borrowed father in laws Karcher to do the deck before a party at the weekend and it was broken! Needed a part and quickly. Popped in and Sujittra sorted it, she had me covered. Quick, helpful, happy and friendly. 1st class service, 5 stars from me, thank you Sujittra.

One star is too much for this centre!!!! Completely empty shop and two people serving! After telling me they havent got the time to sort my karchers hard floor mop out and it will cost me 80 for someone to service it and a few months I have decided to order the part that was broken and fix it myself. I have brought the broken tool with me and they had scanned it! Ive shown them the torn part and 25 minutes later I paid and left waiting for the necessary part to arrive!!!! And guess. Wrong part off course arrived, completely different! I am at the end of my wits with this people! Two salaried being paid there for completely incompetent staff who kept me 25 minutes there to order wrong part after I have held it in my hand!!! They kept chatting to each other and so on whilst I was the only client on the premises. I am not sure if I will buy Karshare ever again!
