My workplace requires a deep clean due to staff members testing positive for COVID. I phoned Kimberly and she was really helpful and arranged for a deep clean of the whole building to be carried out within a couple of days. Her team did an amazing job, were completely thorough, efficient and professional. Would not hesitate to use them again and cannot recommend highly enough. I booked Cleaning Solution for 2 cleanings, one before we moved into a property and one end of tenancy clean. They took 3 weeks to send me a confirmation email which should have been a red flag. After multiple ignored texts and unanswered calls, they finally sent me a confirmation email. Their prices were competitive, but it seems that maybe the company is run poorly from elsewhere whilst subcontracting out to cleaners. The cleaners did a good job on the first property, but the carpet cleaner (also subcontracted, also said he struggled to get hold of the company) failed to arrive and we had to reschedule, which took more poor communication. Today, they were meant to come to the second property for the end of tenancy clean. I sent messages last night to double check but received no reply. They did not arrive to do the clean today, failed to answer messages and didn't pick up the phone. Avoid if you want a stress free cleaning completed.
