Absolutely disgusting service. Bristol citizen advice never ever answers the phone. You can't get through to no one what so ever, even when needing a food bank voucher. Could be in a small crisis, and they never answer the phone.

Citizens Advice Bristol are very hard to get hold off, but the advice on rouge landlords was very welcome. Excellent advice given to help with a legal case i am now building.
