I'm the M.D. of Bristol Upholstery, The Caravan & Boat Seat Cover Centre and The Outdoor Cushion Co in Bishopsworth, Bristol. Having now completed our second leaflet campaign with At Your Service I must say that their customer service and efficiency is second to none. We moved to them last year having had very poor communication, delays and lack of care from another leaflet distribution company that we had used for many years. Dealing with Di & Pete has been a breath of fresh air! I receive prompt and very detailed GPS reports on a very regular basis and not once have I ever had to chase the company for progress reports, as they are always sent very regularly and without me asking. If you would like to be dealt with using good old fashioned, courteous customer service, where you feel valued and have complete confidence with whom you are dealing, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
