Gemma has helped me manage a few niggles I have been carrying the last few years. I have an old hip injury and as a result a few imbalances and through a range of treatment Gemma has helped me stay active and able to do my job as a PT. Gemma came highly recommended to me from my friends in the industry, As my job (personal trainer ) requires me to be in good shape and fit. But being a very competitive cyclist I was experiencing some back pain being in the saddle for hours on end on long rides. Gemma was very professional, friendly and informative. My knee had been giving me trouble for years and after a few sessions with Gemma the pain subsided and now I can run again! Thank you Gemma.
