Reco Family Chiropractic Centre

I was recommended to Reco Spinal Centre by a friend after she had a positive recovery from a painful, longstanding complaint. Since my first consultation, I have felt immediate welcome to the practice. Sacha on reception is always cheerful, chatty and happy to make my schedule suit my work and home life. Mandeep is very warm and welcoming and is always very informative about treatments available. My consultation was carried out by Cadell and he was very thorough and explained everything clearly, from my xrays to my care plan i required. I was in severe pain and had very little back and neck movement upon my first visit. Cadell carries out my adjustments and the difference I have felt in the 5/6 I've had so far is phenomenal, I had a mini assessment at my last appointment and the difference in my mobility is amazing. I still have the second half of my care plan to get through with Cadell yet and I am so positive I will continue to feel less pain and more flexible movement in my day to day living. I am so glad I booked with Reco and sure this is the start of a long and pain free journey with them. I also look forward to my appointment with Sam for my deep tissue massage as I've heard the other clients say he is fabulous. Thank you Team Reco

I came to Reco with a slipped disc due to a powerlifting injury and previously ignored pains. The team are amazing and the progress theyve made with my recovery has been faultless. As a powerlifter theyve kept me training while working through this injury and Im performing better now then I was pre injury! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend any of there services.

From the moment of attending this centre, be prepared for outstanding treatment from start to finish. Chandrimas' communication skills makes the reception area even more warm and inviting, lighting up the room with her presence. She also works exceptionally hard to make sure appointments are at suitable times, managing the scheduling flawlessly. Cadell has made the entire process effortless, truly listening to my injury history and making the consultations a safe space. He has always taken the time to ensure I understand all aspects of what my assessments demonstrate, walked me through my X-Rays (which are taken on site) and how the treatments will affect me. His kind nature means he always notices if things become overwhelming and will offer a break if needed. Sam is also a very kind and warm individual who is very professional and works hard to deliver the appropriate level of massage needed. He is also open to being given direction in the sense of if an area of the body requires more attention or pressure, which is incredibly helpful. Though I have not received direct treatment from Mandeep she is also a wonderful presence in the centre. For the first time I feel that not only have I been heard and received the attention my condition deserves, but that there is hope it will improve. I could not recommend this centre more highly, would encourage all to frequent and always look forward to my next visit.
