Nice Spice

Definitely a place to go if you are looking for good HongKong food! My friend is from there and we visited this place multiple times and we can never get bored of the lemon tea and char siu, super delicious and tastes just like Hong Kong ones. They are generous with the amount of meat they offer and the portion is very satisfactory and filling with a low price. You may have to wait a bit, though. There were queues no matter what time you visited! Staff is also relatively nice and it was kind of unsettling that the male waiter immediately knew my friend was from Hong Kong, despite that we spoke English the whole time haha. Absolutely terrible! I was served cold and fatty chicken with lots of bones and something that supposed to be a soup, yet it was just hot water with some noodles. Although I made it perfectly clear (I said it twice when I ordered) that I was NOT looking for a soup they served me soup and refused to alter the order. The waiter was very rude and did not even apologise. I had to pay in full, even though I had eaten practically nothing. The poor service and quality of food was really shocking and l never would have thought I would be treated in this way as a guest.
