The waiters were not only unhelpful but not paying attention to customers at all - I spent 10 minutes just to ask the waiter and pay the bill, and I had to come to them to actually pay it. I don't even know why did I have to pay service charge despite the fact that I received no service at all.

After many years of coming here I've decided not to do business here anymore the food has gone down hill after watching the kitchen staff scoff his face through the hatch while collecting my order and also the quality of the food gone down order roast duck get got a fatty piece of bone . """"Not to mention the CARD FEES of 40p to buy steam buns! Becoming another ***CASH BUSINESS***""""""" Dirty place really could do with a good clean aswell. I'll go else where!

Total mistake. Duck and chicken is a disaster. Huge amount of tasteless rice. Meat without spices, cooked but not fried, additionally cold with blood and bones. A terrible experience.
