Arrived at 10pm in which I was brought in by ambulance , from 10-2am I was seen by 1 nurse and made to sit on rock solid plastic chairs for 8 hrs in total, Im almost ready to leave at quarter to 6, massive disgrace honestly and the clowns are asking for a pay rise, silly jokers

My son (13) had to be rushed in for emergency surgery and the care he received was outstanding from start to finish, from A&E, surgery and then the Penguin Ward. Thank you

Arrived 4th Feb with daughter where 111 told us to get her to hospital ASAP. Daughter already had belly pains since 26th Feb where we kept going to doc. Finally got to hospital on the 4th and waited 8hours and told it would prob be another 4 hours wait onto! So went home with daughter in pain! Wed 6th Feb back upto hospital after seeing doc who say it could be her appendix. Got to hospital waited another 6 hrs. Seen by a doc who felt her belly and said seems like just what kids gets and that she should listen to her mum because I'm doing all I can so sent us home. It's now 2 weeks later and my daughter is still in the same pain with it now spreading to her lower back followed with bad headaches and chills. My daughter hasn't been able to even go a number 2 for the 2weeks now and yet I just don't know what to do. She can't sleep well at night and missing so much school. I know the hospital will just send us home again and whilst waiting just keep giving her capol for pain every 4 hours which they shouldn't have to do. We are all extremely tired from what my daughter is going through for a 9 year old. Staff were all arguing last time and there was not enough staff. I feel we were just fobbed off and now I'm here everyday with my child in severe pain whilst at the doctors they say she needs to be seen straight away!!!
