We were recommended Roger by our estate agent and could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. Firstly, his prices are really reasonable and he is clearly very experienced in the job he does and the advice he gives. He was always wiling to make time for us to give us advice, or to help us if we were unsure of something. His survey was detailed and clear and the post survey walk around was invaluable. I would thoroughly recommended Roger to anyone, and will definitely be contacting him if we move in the future.

We booked Roger for a level two survey of our proposed purchase property. At the outset I had contacted several surveyors, but not only could Roger attend for the survey sooner than any of the other surveyors, he offered a chance to talk over the phone about our needs and had a really easy relaxed style so I immediately felt I could explore our needs. It is a stressful time buying a house and Roger enabled us to feel that we could ask many questions, and during the whole process that he would explain to a really high standard in order that we truly understood the nature of the property we were buying. The report was clear and detailed and there were succinct pointers to enable us to go back to our buyers and negotiate a percentage reduction on the strength of further investigation. Rogers report and subsequent phone discussion gave us confidence to have further tests done and achieve a lower price. What was also really appreciated was the walkaround which meant we were given a tour of the property to further explain the findings in the report. This was invaluable. I would highly recommend Roger and will certainly book his services again in future for the next purchase! I have also invited him for tea when we are working on our renovations for the new property. After some local searches for RICS accredited surveyors in the local area, we got in touch with Roger. We needed a valuation on our property to accompany our Help to Buy loan redemption. After meeting Roger, and then witnessing his thorough work ethic and professionalism, we asked him to carry out further Homebuyer surveys on our prospective new purchase. Roger was very informative and helpful regarding suggestions on what work needed to be done etc. I highly recommend Roger.

Roger has surveyed 2 properties for me in the last year ( the first I didn't proceed with). The survey report produced is comprehensive and realistic. Roger offers a walk around to allow full understanding of the properties important and immediate issues. He is available for guidance and advice and I have found his service invaluable.
