Very happy with the survey that Justin performed. Report was very thorough and was able to provide some advice on possible extensions with the property. Would especially recommend to any first-time buyers. Justin was happy to talk me through the process and explain the different things they can and can't cover.

I was really impressed with the quality, thoroughness and level of detail we received from the Level 3 building survey that Lantic Building Surveyors carried out for us. At my request, the surveyor followed up with me on the phone shortly after sending the report. He was extremely helpful in giving further explanation where required, and was happy to dive into the details as necessary - something I particularly appreciated. As a result, I could confidently make informed decisions going forward with my purchase which was invaluable to me. Everything was turned around much faster than I had anticipated, and with excellent communication throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you!

We asked several surveyors for prices to carryout a level 2 survey and Lantic Building Surveyors price was competitive. All communication was clear and the survey report was promptly available the day after the survey was carried out. Justin Tyson carried out our level 2 survey and we were very impressed by the length and detail of the report. I had a follow-up call with Justin, who spent over an hour thoroughly explaining and discussing his findings. At the time the survey was carried out we lacked documentation for the property. Justin offered to review additional documentation as it became available, and he also answered several additional questions. We were very impressed by the service we received, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Lantic Building Surveyors.
