Grateful for places like this to exist and help people from different backgrounds. Only one thing I did not like from one of their staff his name Val. When filling up my details and asking various questions something he asked me about and he said he won't include that in a form as it's not necessary and I agreed with him. It was not a problem for me for him to mention that in my application but since he said it himself that will not be mentioned so I was like ok thanks but he did. Then he never responded to my txts to confirm that info I provided by txt message was ok. And he was meant to pass some important information to city council as soon as possible so it would start the process but he did not do it. When I received a call from council a week later they asked me why I did not send those details over to Val before my interview which I did. So I have then sent it myself. Which is not a problem but it delayed my application. I thought he has done it just didn't tell me. Later I found out nothing was done. Never answers my phone calls either. I find this a bit unprofessional but other than that all good.
