Staff come and go. Absolutely ridiculous. Messed up my dual housing benefit letters for when I moved and I got a cheeky letter aski my for 800 rent owed to housing benefit. Staff are a waste of time.ALSO BEWARE what information they have of yours. They are the only people that have seen my signatures and information and I had to contact action fraud because there was a claim made in my name with my signature faked and Im sure it was to do with the staff coming and going all the time. Nobody else has seen my information or my national insurance number. Poor

Having one of your properties next door to mine, its like a living nightmare...these people placed in the house so far have abused and left it in a mess, can not even put bins out correctly, let alone cut the grass...the company doesnt seem to keep a eye on whats happening even though they have been told by myself and others who live locally., we have had drug dealing and all sorts.wouldnt recommende them

Having lived next door to a property run by the for mentioned for over 20yrs. I would not recommend in the slightest. The tenants are left to their own devices, are not supported anywhere near as much as they should be. And in all honesty I feel people placed in these properties are just used as cash cows. The property is bleak and unkept and in my opinion should be closed.

I do not recommend using this service if youre mentally ill, in a toxic household, at risk of being homeless or homeless with a medical condition. They got me into debt after refusing to cancel my tenancy for 2 months, knowing I had multiple medical conditions that made me a danger to myself and couldnt be left alone incase of a MH incident. I was supposed to be placed in housing with staff who were trained in mental health but decided to place me somewhere where in was unsafe and was next to someone who had put me in danger the previous year. After managing to sort out some stable housing theyre sent me threatening letters and black mail. All they cared about was sending balliffs and the receptionist was aggressively rude. She started shouting at me for crying and threaten to make my situation worse. She threatened to hang up because I was upset. It costs 1000 to hire a bailiff. Again, these people dont care for your well-being what so ever.
