More other I have received this even I never signed with this scan company :
The charge for the ID pass is in relation to your length of service not whether you have returned the pass or not. If an employee leaves within 12 months of joining they will be charged 100.00 for the associated cost of SSP obtaining the pass. Please refer to your individual contract and offer letter attached as the guide lines are clearly documented .Whilst I appreciate you were not issued with the ID Card, the costs on leaving within your offer letter are not dependant on the type of pass you were issued with, its return or even being issued with one as the cost are mainly in relation to the 'pre work' required to gain an ID Pass therefore the costs in this regard would stand.
