Shocking! Avoid- use other suppliers Take your money elsewhere! I'm a driving instructor, currently teaching one of my tradesman which is redoing my bathroom. After we have finished our lesson 03/04/23, we have headed to stax to pick up some bits for the bathroom. We have entered the car park, and I've asked him to park in any bay, it took him 2 attempts to get it right (we were at a very quiet area of the car park to prevent blocking any other vehicles). As he was parking a very rude worker from stax has approached us (he was sitting in his white suv car) and asked us if we are lost? He told us that this is a private car park and we should leave, shortly after he headed to the gate to close it preventing us from leaving the car park? First of all, we've arrived to stax to purchase necessary supplies and spend approx. 4,000 to be told to leave? What kind of service is this? I'll never come back to this place again, there's much better suppliers out there which will never tell you to leave their premises. Oh well, headed to B&Q they were a bit more pricey but they never kicked me out of their car park :) I will be taking this matter to higher management as the service I've received today was unappealing. I advise you to give your staff further training as that person shouldn't be allowed to speak with customers. Might be worth keeping his mouth shut to avoid loosing customers.
