Roy was highly professional from the moment I first contacted him. He has made our 10 year old sofa and 15 year old driveway look brand new. Absolutely amazing service and well worth the price.

Roy responded within a few hours of my calling him to request an in-house visit and estimate. He was punctual - even a little early - both for the estimate and then agreed-upon deep carpet and bathroom lino cleaning in a first floor flat. (Two other companies didn't even come by for an estimate). Roy's Aquawave system was able to remove stubborn bedroom, hallway, kitchen and lounge carpet bio-stains, leaving rooms mildly fragrant. He was also able to strip bathroom lino (not carpeted), seal and re-coat it. Would highly recommend the quality of his service (previously recommended to me by another neighbour). However, I'd also suggest that any potential client and Roy establish **actual** surface area to be cleaned, i.e., not just based on room dimensions but how much of that surface will actually be cleaned owing to foot print of unmoveable furniture. Having said that, what Roy did, he did well! He was also able to clean three heavily soiled upholstered chairs at the same time. He's good, experienced and has the right equipment for the job!
