Using "Green Man" is a breeze from the outset with the excellent Linsey in the back-office responding quickly and efficiently to intial enquiries. (Mine was a bit vague but she dealt with that). Service was available within a ten day window though I'm sure they'd have scheduled earlier if I wanted. Jon arrived on time and got straight on with the job. He did not stop from the moment he arrived. Seemingly he just needs to be primed with good coffee then maintained with fresh water thereafter. The job outcome was excellent. Two sizeable repairs were done to the carpet and then landing, stairs and bedroom cleaned beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend "Green Man". Service: General carpet cleaning

I had 4 carpet stains and Greenman charged me 171 to remove none of them. They are all still present after cleaning. As such, I certainly wouldn't recommend them or use them again. Communication was good and the man that came was extremely polite though.

Pete and Levi did a marvellous job - they were professional and took the job seriously and with care - working hard to remove some of the more ingrained stains. Their pleasant, friendly manner made the whole job a reassuring and enjoyable experience. And the carpets looked amazing when they finished - pretty good after after 4 yrs of renting.
