Absolutely let down and totally appalled. Booked and paid a deposit 9 months in advance for a full end of tenancy move out clean. Vapor Clean failed to turn up on the day, said theyd lost my booking. I have new tenants moving in next week and now no clean house - decorators booked to start tomorrow. Totally screwed and entirely let down. Shocking. Expect a full refund AND compensation. Service: Moving-related cleaning
