Smooth & Fire

Not this first time Ive had a phone call from Smooth and Fire to say theyve ran out of the food Ive ordered (yet went to a friends in the next road ordered there and it was delivered to their address!)! They didnt bother to cancel my order and accepted it, which means now I cant have a refund because under Deliveroo rules once the restaurant has accepted it (which Deliveroo confirmed is manually done not automatically like the bloke at the restaurant told me!) there is no way in getting a refund- this happened to a 40 order in the past. Not the first person its happened to either!!!!

Gone downhill was served stone cold food after being asked if I wanted it heated up the guy serving was far too young no confidence in whats hes doing and no idea how to heat food up in a microwave. Festivals always over cooked same with the dumplings Mac and cheese portions have shrunk massively and is now always burnt Shame as was so nice when it first opened for the prices charged much better food around

Portions are stingy, if your gonna serve portions at this price for as little as possible meat then it has to be the best. Unfortunately this does not meet this requirement. Poor quality. Poor taste. Disappointed. If you can travel mama peas or rice and things would be better money spent.
