Terrible service! They sold us a faulty car, they tried to fix it twice but they couldn't and then tried to say we were the problem. It was nothing but hard work trying to have a sensible conversation with anyone. I escalated to the sales manager to get a refund on the car that we were entitled to under the consumer rights act. After he pushed back numerous times and tried to insinuate that the problem didn't exist, he finally gave us a very low price. When i questioned him on this he explained that "profit isn't a dirty word" and they would want to make a profit after the car has been refunded. For context, we would have got more money from we buy any car, but as the car was faulty, our only option was to return the car to them. The whole experience of dealing with this company has been horrendous. I just hope that anyone who is buying a car from these guys doesn't have any problems as their after sales if appalling... you have been warned.

I traded my car in and brought a new seat dealing with sales manager adrain and sale chap Dan. Two top blokes and very helpful and professional throughout. Would definitely use again
