Great range of stock and the owner really knows the ins and outs of cars. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what would be best for me and he went out of his way to find the car that suited me and my lifestyle. Will be back when I am ready to upgrade my car - thank you for your help

Shocking customer service I have never been so disappointed. In good faith I placed a 100 deposit on a car with Trade and Save Motors. It looked to be a great car with an excellent write up Fantastic Drive Full service history. I was told if I wasnt happy with the condition of the car upon viewing I could have my deposit back. Went to see the car the following evening and was happy with the look of the car. When I took the car for a test drive I noticed quite a few issues which I wasnt happy with given the pricing of the car. -Noisy fan belt (Small bill to be put right but shouldnt happen on a car from a dealer) -Cracked number plate (Not the end of the world but disappointing as it will need to be replaced) -Excessive wheel wobble (Aggressive wobbling of the steering wheel at about 45mph) -Full service history(Just a stamp book with no actual history) I asked for my deposit back to which Ed Porter agreed he would do the following day as his battery was flat on his phone. I inquired multiple times throughout the week about the return of the deposit to no avail. During the process of asking for my deposit back when in his office I mentioned I may come back at the weekend with a mechanic but I decided against this afterwards. However I did state I wanted my deposit back ASAP and if he finds another buyer to go ahead and sell the car. He eventually sent me multiple very rude and some incomprehensible messages. With the last one saying I will never have my deposit back. So to end this review on a happy note at least I backed away from this one and didnt have to deal with this garage ever again. 100 down but at least Ive learnt a valuable lesson and I am not stuck fixing issues on a car I have just bought.
