Purchased a Volvo from Rob and was very happy with the car. Unfortunately it broke down a few weeks after we got it. We live in Cornwall 150 miles from Bristol. Rob was true to his word and had the car picked up and repaired, twice !!!! I was so impressed with Rob and the service he provided under his comprehensive guarantee. He is a man of his word and I commend him to anybody who wishes to buy a vehicle from him. Thanks Rob.

Purchased a DS3 from rob which was my first car and I was happy with it. A few weeks later I had nothing but issues with the car from the gears sticking, the exhaust smoking and now a major DPF issue and leaky turbo. Rob has been made aware of all these issues and had no problem letting me run around sorting the gears & exhaust myself through my own garage while being under warranty! Then I was on a motor way 2weeks after passing my test and broke down due to a major DPF issue. Called rob for him to talk about previous cars and what may have gone wrong. I was advised not to drive the car via the AA. Rob then suggested I drove the car 91miles back down the motorway even though I have been advised not to drive it there & putting myself at risk for it to go to his DPF specialist garage (while all the other issues have been sorted via my own garage) ! Rob is now not corresponding to any messages, emails and even rejected a recorded delivery letter. There is a lot of red flags about this garage! Im a young woman on my own and rob thinks he can avoid this major issue. I will be acting upon the consumer rights act of 2015, and taking it to trading standards. The garages AA promise is a con!

A very honest car dealer, no hard sale, just a genuine, trustworthy guy! He was communicative, followed through on everything he said and it was an excellent, seamless service where nothing was too much trouble. All the best mate!
