        Really good service, I didn't have any means to go hame and come ack so I just waited onsite....they let me have a hot desk so I could work and were very ind and gave me coffee and anything else I need, while going as efficiently about my service as possible

        This company is a waste of space. My car is in a bodyshop near Chippenham and has been for 10 days waiting for parts. Despite assurances from BM that they have the parts and will get them out they have still not arrived. Can I recommend two things firstly get your parts dept to answer the phone and second do what you say you will do.
