Absolutely great experience. Toby & Tom were great to deal with throughout. I agreed to buy on the Thursday and it was serviced and delivered by Saturday. I had a small issue with the car a week later that was no fault of German Car Group and Tom took ownership of the issue and had it resolved at a garage local to me right away. Great Service. Bought a BMW 3 Series Tourer and the service from start to finish was spot on. Better than purchasing a new car from a dealer. Additional photos sent, personalised videos, full honest explanation of the car none of that second hand car dealer pressure tactic. Would definitely buy a car from these again.

I sold my previous daily Monday just gone, in the market for another estate by the time Friday came I see a couple on there website. One particular bmw 320d with a great spec list. I rang up and asked the process and they told me everything I needed to do ect. The guys here were super informative and very helpful. We had conversations in WhatsApp about every aspect of the car and the process and got sent personalised videos of the car. I pretty much brought the car online and was super happy with the service and detail they go into without being there in person On arrival to there dealership it's a very nice clean place and was met promptly. Very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I'm a mechanic that works with alot of these cars daily so was pretty chill, without any questions ect but the guys there still showed me around the car and showed me everything that has been done and features of the car still just for peace of mind. Highly recommended and when opting for the peace of mind package you get 12 months warranty which is normally unheard of for a second hand dealership. Great guys and I'm sure I'll be back in the future. Thanks
