        Having never tried Detroit style pizza before, my partner was interested in giving it a go. Really glad we did, absolutely brilliant and will be ordering again. I loved the edge to edge cheese, crisp around the sides. pizza dough was fluffy and bouncy and not raw dough like you can get with some deep pan pizza places.
