Sunday 5th Feb nice day in the park fancied a quick coffee. Joined a vaguely big ish queue of people (about 5/7 people in front maybe?) We waited 22 mins and it didnt move. Zero sense of urgency, useless staff. Why does it take so long to make people drinks?
