Would love to see vegan breakfast and more vegan lunch options though - would've definitely grabbed a sandwich but the options didn't appeal to me. E.g. some crispy tofu or mock chicken or something like this would great. I think costumers are happy to pay a bit extra for that too... but that's probably just me being selfish as this seems like such a nice lunch spot!
