Been going here for years but today's price hike of 25p on a cuppa is disgusting. Simply can't afford to go there anymore. Will be going down the round which only cost 1.50 plus free refills from now on.

Staff amazing. The way they deal with older customers is fantastic, patience and helpfulness when serving. Just witnessed "Leah" find an umbrella to walk in torrential rain with an old lady to her taxi. Superb
