        I cant speak for the soft play but I went here for a fruity bubble tea and it was disgusting. It was the sweetest and most artificial thing I have ever tasted. Ive had bubble tea all over Asia (Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan) and I have never had one so disgustingly sweet. I got it to takeaway so I couldnt feed this back. Really cheap tasting, poor quality bubble tea, very disappointing.

        Popped in soft play which was full (not surprised as half term.) decided to stay downstairs for a catch up with a friend. Very disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and downright coldness of one particular female staff member. It was like it was all just too much effort. Asked for a passion fruit bubble tea and she huffed and puffed and started stomping around basically saying she had too many orders. I get that it can be stressful when busy but this shouldn't be taken out on the customer...I gave up and said 'don't worry I'll have a cup of tea.' I won't go into the ice cream order... I'm afraid the experience means I won't be back..
