Horrible and weird company. I wanted a faster than normal delivery for a book so I paid about 15 dollars more. I did not receive any updates for over a month. Only after that month a tracking ID appeared on my Amazon tracking page. Using this code in some random tracker I found via Google (MHI doesn't provide a tracker service by e-mail or a logically placed one on their website), I couldn't read anything as the tracker wasn't active. Using another random tracker service I found that some unnamed (?) company (MHI is not active in my country so it had to rely on another company) tried to deliver the parcel over 15 days ago. It then said it moved the package to an unnamed (??) pick-up point, where the parcel was returned.... There was nothing in my mailbox, nothing at my amazon pick-up point ( I go there everyday to buy a newspaper and coffee) that could have warned me about any of these machinations. Why? My email surely must have been provided by amazon, any automated tracking service could do, why?And reading these reviews it seems to be the default way of delivery. At the same time, Amazon still says the package will be delivered tomorrow... Do NOT buy If MHI is listed as the delivery service.

Amazon shipped an order by them. They did not provide any way to track the package, to contact the courier or service. The order is being late for more than two months and I have no way to find when will it arrive. Terrible, terrible service.

My Amazon package was shipped by them and they didn't have any tracking information. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because they brought my package a day earlier, I still won't recommend them.
