I had the pleasure of working with Adam, at first I was hesitant as I've had very bad experiences from other R2R along with being extremely picky with my next move by only looking for jobs within the US. Adam and I had a initial talk over the phone and had great advice and knowledge of the process. His connections are second to none. Within a month I was in a final stage process and got a offer on the table for the US with visa and relocation covered. I could not be happier and for anyone looking to make a move I suggest before anything have a conversation with Adam as he will give you the clearest picture of the market and will not let you down.
